How did Cursillo in Bradford start?
Cursillo was "gifted" to us from the Diocese of Canterbury.
(The expression "gifted" means how Cursillo was set up).
Our first weekend was held in 1996, at the Bradford Diocese Retreat House,
Parcevall Hall North Yorkshire. http://www.parcevall.bradford.anglican.org/
We celebrated our Tenth Anniversary in 2006 at the Village hall in Bolton
Abbey Village and our Nineteenth Weekend is due to take place 23-26 October this year.
All of our weekends have been full of prayer, love, fun, laughter and tears. The personal faith of participants and staff have been challenged.
