We will be here for the next 100 years

Bishop Exekiel at the Cathedral's 100th anniversary

Khartoum Cathedral was 100 years old in January 2012 and held 3 days of celebrations based on the theme ‘To God be the glory for all things he has done’ (Deut 26.11).

Partners gathered from around the world (including Bradford) to join with the local church and give thanks to God for the blessing of the past and to pray for the witness for the next 100 years. Bishop Ezekiel’s key note address acknowledges that today Sudan is a new country and pledged that the Cathedral and the Episcopal Church of Sudan plan to be here for the next hundred years ‘May he guide our shaky feet and keep our faith strong to do His will in the Sudan for His glory and praise’.

The full text of Bishop Ezekiel's address will be found here shortly.
